1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using LED Smart Bot (\"the Platform\"), available at ledsmartbot.com (and any future domains including ledsmartbot.ai), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

The Platform is owned and operated by LED Chain (\"we,\" \"us,\" or \"our\"). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights in the Platform are exclusively owned by LED Chain and its licensors.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • ▸AI Algorithms & Signal Engine: All proprietary artificial intelligence models, signal generation algorithms, pattern recognition systems, whale tracking algorithms, rug pull detection logic, and market analysis methodologies.
  • ▸Software & Code: All source code, object code, APIs, databases, and software architecture comprising the Platform.
  • ▸KITT AI Assistant: The KITT voice assistant technology, including its persona, voice synthesis configuration, knowledge base, and conversational AI system.
  • ▸Branding & Design: The LED Smart Bot name, logo, visual design, user interface, color scheme, typography, and all associated trade dress.
  • ▸Content: All educational content, market analysis, AI-generated insights, and data visualizations.

⚠️ You may NOT copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without explicit written permission from LED Chain. Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

3. Account & Subscription

Free Tier: Basic access to market data, AI signals, and limited KITT assistant usage.

Pro Subscription ($99/month): Includes a 7-day free trial. Full access to all AI analysis, unlimited KITT assistant, whale tracking, volatility scanner, and all premium features. You may cancel anytime before your trial ends to avoid charges.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Financial Disclaimer

LED Smart Bot is an ANALYTICAL TOOL ONLY. It does NOT provide financial advice, investment advice, or trading recommendations.

All signals, analyses, AI insights, price targets, risk assessments, and market data provided by the Platform are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute:

  • Financial or investment advice
  • Recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any cryptocurrency
  • Guarantees of future performance or returns
  • Professional financial consulting

Cryptocurrency trading involves substantial risk of loss. You should consult with a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions. Past performance of any analysis or signal does not guarantee future results.

We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from decisions made based on information provided by the Platform.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • ✕Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform
  • ✕Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of our AI algorithms
  • ✕Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any Platform content or data
  • ✕Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or to violate any regulations
  • ✕Share your account credentials or allow unauthorized access
  • ✕Interfere with the Platform's operation, security, or other users' experience

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6. Privacy & Data

We collect only the minimum data necessary to provide the service: your name, email, and usage data for improving the Platform. We do NOT:

  • ✓ Sell your personal data to third parties
  • ✓ Store your wallet private keys or exchange credentials
  • ✓ Share your trading activity with other users

Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. We do not store your credit card information.

7. Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED \"AS IS\" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LED CHAIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
